The small pizza peel is made with the special treatment of Japanese origin G.H.A. (GOLDEN HARD ANODIZING): an anodic oxidation with subsequent sealing of the micropores with silver ions, which gives the aluminum alloy characteristics and performance typical of stainless steel.

Extreme smoothness and low friction
The heads of the small pizza peel and stirrers are perforated: the particular design of the holes is designed to facilitate the discharge of the flour, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza and from burning. The G.H.A. gives self-lubrication that drastically reduces friction, preventing the paste from sticking to the surface of the blade.
After in-depth analyzes and tests, Gi.Metal engineers have designed and patented a new and exclusive drilling; a radically new design capable of providing high performance, optimized with respect to existing holes. Thanks to the particular positioning of the holes on oblique lines, in fact, the flour is discharged in two directions, guaranteeing an incomparable result.

Strong and safe
The head-handle joint consists of the overlapping of the two elements ensured by three large in-line rivets that guarantee safety and immovability. The handles of the blades are in oval tubular to promote stability.
