How can I REGISTER on the PALEPERPIZZA.IT website?

On the homepage you will find the ENTER button, after which there is a button called CREATE ACCOUNT, click them and fill out the form. Or click here: CREATE ACCOUNT

How to buy?

When you are on the web page paleperpizza.it:

  • Visit the catalog with the “search a product” or “advanced search” field (you can find them in the homepage)
  • Identify the product of your interest and click on the “add to cart” button
  • In the new page, click on “proceed to purchase” / or “continue shopping” (in this last case, repeat points 1 and 2 and then press the “buy” button on the right column)
  • Enter your details in the format (unless you’ve already entered them previously)
  • Enter shipping details/confirm them
  • Select the delivery method (even if there is only one choice)
  • Choose the desired payment method
  • Check the order
  • Confirm the order
  • In case of payment by Credit Card or PayPal you will complete the payment in their web sites (where you will be temporarily sent back) and bring back to paleperpizza.it.

Enter your data in the format (unless you’ve already entered them previously), remembering to specify the VAT number if you have one.

You will be directed to the “My Panel” page where you can check all the information entered and eventually change it.

How do I place an order?

Can I order more quantities than a usual item?

Of course, it is sufficient that you change the number referring to the quantity just after you added the product to the cart

What is the minimum order I can make?

It is 60 euro (exl vat and delivery) for product with Gi.Metal products and if it is not a different clear messagge.

Can I add a product to an ongoing order?

Yes, but only if the product has not yet been shipped, otherwise it will be managed as an independent shipment. The days to be considered for delivery are always counted from the day of the last payment received.

Can I replace a product with an order in progress?

Yes, but only if the order has not been processed. For this information, you must contact our customer care at the e-mail address acquisti@paleperpizza.it. All this for organizational reasons aimed at the timely management of the numerous orders together with the provision of an efficient service.

PRODUCTS SEARCH FUNCTION

What is the SEARCH button (also called PRODUCT SEARCH field)?

The search button is a very powerful search function that helps you easily find the product you are looking for.

If you have the product code, entering it, go directly to the page dedicated to the product itself.

Otherwise, entering any term (eg shovel), you will get all the products resulting from our catalog that can be connected to this term in some way.

At first glance it seems that it is not useful, considering that we sell hundreds of different types of blades, but with a little attention you will notice that close to the results, on the left, you have a SHOP BY window that will help you filter the results.

What about BUY FOR and what do I need it for?

“Buy for”, is a function that helps you filter the search results and therefore to identify the desired product faster. Beside each denomination you will find the number of products that have that characteristic.

What is the ADVANCED SEARCH button for?

With the Advanced Search button, access a form where you can directly enter the product code you are looking for, or where you can select product features by querying the advanced search, using the search bar at the top of the page.

What are the Related Products?

The related products are those products that appear next to an article, as they have a close connection with it (in some cases complementary), which in any case are treated as distinct items because, for various reasons, they can be requested separately.
