Can I return a purchased product?
Yes it is possible (except for food and personalized products, for which the return is not made). You will have to return it in the same condition in which it arrived, and once received, you will be reimbursed for the value of the goods – 10% (for handling the file) and excluding shipping charges that remain your responsibility as regulated by law.
What conditions must I respect to make the products?
- All products available on paleperpizza.it are provided with an identification tag and warranty seals that must not be removed in any way. Returns that do not have the same conditions in which they were received will not be accepted.
- Returns shipped from countries other than those we ship to will not be accepted.
Do I have to pay to make the products?
Yes, the return costs are charged to the customer.
How long does it take to receive my product change?
We will reserve the new article for you. Once the warehouse has received and checked the return (it takes up to 2 working days) we will send it to the address indicated for the first order, informing you with a delivery e-mail.
How to prepare the package for the return and / or exchange of goods.
Send the product (to the address that K4NET® will indicate at the moment) with its original packaging (complete with all the possible accessories, documentation and user manuals) inside another package, in order to limit damage to this too. last, on which to affix the RMA number (return authorization code) issued by K4NET®; in all cases, the attachment of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided;
Did I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Attach 2/3 photos where you can see the product in its entirety and the damaged details.
In the case of damaged box or doubt the integrity of the product accept the delivery with reserve, which will allow you to make up with the courier.

When will the refund be made?
We reimburse within 14 days from receipt of the goods using the same payment instrument used during the purchase.
I want to give a gift, who will receive the refund?
If the order has been paid with PayPal or Credit Card, the refund will be made on the original transaction and therefore on the account of the person who made the payment. For security reasons we are not authorized to refund to a different account. If the order has been paid with Cash on delivery we need the data of the person who placed the order in order to proceed with the refund.
If the card with which I made the payment has expired, where will I receive my refund?
The refund will be made on the card you used for payment, your credit institution will transfer the amount to the correct amount. We advise you to contact your bank to retrieve the necessary information.
The amount refunded is not correct, what do I do?
