Sturdy structure
The rectangular head has the ideal housing for pizza with a very large radius of curvature, cantilevered on the bottom. The milling is frontal and the increased thickness ensures rigidity, resistance to accidental blows, scratches, allowing to support heavier and large pizzas. The head-handle junction consists of the insertion in the handle of the extension of the head internally blocked by two cones with expander. Available in five head sizes and four different handle lengths.
The Advantage Of Drilling
The perforated version has a partial perforation, on the initial part of the head, designed to enhance smoothness and unload any flour left under the pizza during the dusting phase.
