It can be configured with pizza peel head size 33 or 36 cm and small peel head size 20 or 23 cm of Azzurra, Evolution or Napoletana line.
The small size of this bag, thanks to the disassembled handles of peel and small peel, allows to put the bag inside a trolley (tested on a rigid trolley size 86x58x36 cm).
