Neutral anodised head and black anodised handle. Specific folds and ribs guarantee ideal capacity. The reduced thickness of the head (15/10 mm) does not require any particular milling and allows the correct gripping of the pizza. The light aluminium handle (thickness 0.6 mm), is ribbed for greater strength. The oval tubular (30×15 mm), favours stability and prevents rotation. The head/handle joint is secured by three rivets to guarantee lasting immovability.
