Pizza Peel

Neutral anodised head and black anodised handle. Specific folds and ribs guarantee ideal capacity. The reduced thickness of the head (15/10 mm) does not require any particular milling and allows the correct gripping of the pizza. The light aluminium handle (thickness 0.6 mm), is ribbed for greater strength. The oval tubular (30×15 mm), favours stability and prevents rotation. The head/handle joint is secured by three rivets to guarantee lasting immovability. Specifically designed holes on the initial part of the head allow removing any excess flour stuck under the pizza during dusting phase.
