Pizza Peel

Peel with head in perforated neutral anodised aluminium and light blue anodised handle. Designed and tested with the collaboration of the best pizza makes, in extreme oven temperature conditions and maximum use frequency. The special design and shape of the holes allow ideal removal of excess flour both when putting the pizza directly on the head and during the “accompanied” lifting, typical of the Neapolitan tradition. The increased thickness guarantees maximum resistance to the highest temperatures. The head handle joint consists in the overlay of the two elements secured by three large rivets in line that guarantee safety and no movement, in addition the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle make it more comfortable to use.
